Basketball Skills Training

One on One basketball training is a perfect way to get personal attention and
improve individual skills. In a 1 hour session, each player will be given a
customized workout to fit his/her specific needs. The player will receive training
and concentration with the following:
- Ball Handling
-Shooting Form
-Foot Work
-Speed & Agility
-Attack Moves
-Resistance Training (age-appropriate)
-Nutrition Tips
At the mid-point of the training session, the player will be invited to attend and
participate in a team practice to compete against other players of similar age, size,
and ability. This will allow for smooth transition to a team practice, as well as the
unique opportunity for the player to experiment with his/her new skills and apply
them in game-like situations. While the player has fun and competes, the coaching
staff will access the skills in live play, take notes and correct mistakes while
focusing on the player’s performance goals.
